The Corkscrew at Laguna Seca Raceway

Bill Allen in his 1967 NSU-TTS thru the famous Corkscrew at Laguna Seca Raceway. The NSU-TTS was part of the Audi/Auto Union display of historic racing cars at the 1999 Monterey Historic Road Races.

Two famous NSU's...Siegfried Spiess's '67 NSU Wankle Spider, and Bill Allen's 1967 NSU-TTS. Siegfried Spiess won the German National Hillclimb Championship, all classes (beating Porsches, BMW's and the like) in 1967. While Bill Allen, in an NSU-TTS, won the 1969 SCCA, D Sedan (Under 1000cc), National Championship at Daytona Beach International Raceway.
